How long does shipping take?

Australia: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. New Zealand: 5 to 12. Add 2 to 5 business days production on top of that, since everything's made to order. Full details on the Shipping page.

Where are the products made?

Every product is printed in Australia by our local print partners. Designed locally, printed locally, shipped from here.

Why did my order arrive in two packages?

Different products come from different Aussie print partners. A mug and a stubby cooler will usually ship separately. You'll get tracking for each. No extra cost.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

No. Everything's made to order so we can't take it back if you've simply changed your mind. Damaged or wrong items, absolutely, we'll sort a replacement. See the Returns page.

Is the print durable?

Yes. Our prints hold up through the wash, the BBQ and the esky. Mugs are dishwasher safe (standard mugs only, magic mugs are hand-wash). T-shirts are screen-printed ringspun cotton, made to last.

Can I wash my mug in the dishwasher?

Standard mugs: yes. Magic mugs (the colour-change ones): no. Hand-wash only, or the magic gives up.

Do you ship internationally?

Only Australia and New Zealand at the moment. We'll expand later but for now those are the only two markets we serve.

Can I get a custom design?

If you've got a punchline, send it to hello@cheersmate.au. We don't take every request but if it's a ripper, we'll consider it.

What if my order's late?

If tracking's gone quiet past the expected window, email us with your order number and we'll chase it up.

Can I cancel my order?

Only if production hasn't started. Email us straight away with your order number. Once it's printing, we can't pull it back.
