Made to order, so think before you click buy
Everything we sell is printed fresh once you order it. Nothing sits on a shelf. Because of that, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Have a proper look at the size, design and quantity before checkout.
Damaged or dodgy items
Item turned up damaged, print's off, or just plain wrong? Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement. No charge, no return needed, no drama.

Wrong size T-shirt
Ordered a small when you needed a large? It happens. Drop us a line at hello@cheersmate.au within 30 days and we'll sort it out. If we shipped the wrong size, replacement's on us. If you picked the wrong size, we'll do what we can.
Lost in the post
If tracking's gone quiet and your order hasn't shown up in the expected window, email us. We'll chase it down with our partners and sort a replacement if it's confirmed lost.
