Made-to-order products

All CheersMate products are printed on demand. Each item is manufactured specifically for the customer after the order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Please review your order carefully, including product details, design choice, size and quantity, before completing checkout.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, you are entitled to a free replacement under our 30-day guarantee. Contact us at hello@cheersmate.au within 30 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the issue
  • A description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement to be produced and shipped at no additional cost. You do not need to return the original item.

Wrong size or incorrect product

If we shipped you the wrong size or wrong product compared to your order, contact us within 30 days at hello@cheersmate.au with your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.

If you ordered the wrong size due to a customer-side error (for example, selecting the wrong size at checkout), we may be able to offer a replacement at a reduced cost on a case-by-case basis. This is at our discretion and not guaranteed.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@cheersmate.au. We will investigate with our print partners and the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost, we will produce and ship a replacement at no charge.

Refunds

Where a replacement is not possible (for example, a product has been discontinued), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
