Shipping & Delivery
Here's how we get your order to you, whether you're in Melbourne or Mosgiel.
Where we ship
- Australia: Free shipping on every order, no minimum.
- New Zealand: Free over AUD $80. Below that, flat $12 AUD.
That's it for now. We don't ship anywhere else yet.
Production time
Everything's made to order. Once you click buy, we print it. That takes 2 to 5 business days before it leaves the print shop.
Delivery time
- Australia: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- New Zealand: 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Total from order to doorstep: usually 5 to 12 business days for AU, 7 to 17 for NZ.
Why your order might arrive in two boxes
Different products come from different Aussie print partners. If you order a mug and a stubby cooler, they'll usually ship from separate facilities in separate packages. You'll get tracking for each one. No extra cost to you.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If it's split across two packages, you'll get two tracking emails. Both arrive within a few days of each other.
If something's gone wrong
