Where we ship
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.
Shipping costs
- Australia: Free shipping on all orders, no minimum.
- New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over AUD $80. Flat rate AUD $12 on orders below this threshold.
Processing time
All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before your order is dispatched.
Delivery times
- Australia: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- New Zealand: 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Total time from order to delivery, including production, is typically 5 to 12 business days for Australia and 7 to 17 business days for New Zealand.
Multiple packages
CheersMate products are made by different Australian print partners depending on the product type. Orders containing multiple product types may be shipped in separate packages from different facilities. You will receive separate tracking information for each package. There is no additional cost for multi-package orders.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive a tracking email for each.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, and public holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@cheersmate.au.

Incorrect addresses
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
