1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of cheersmate.au and the purchase of products from CheersMate ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using this site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products

All products are made to order and produced by our Australian print partners. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour, placement, or finish may occur due to the print-on-demand process. Such variations are not considered defects.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australian customers and converted to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) for New Zealand customers. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund.

5. Order acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Orders may arrive in multiple packages from different fulfilment partners.

7. Returns and refunds

Our return and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy. As products are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, content, images, text, and branding on cheersmate.au are owned by CheersMate or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.

9. User conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheersMate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
